Daily Manifestation

I like to set an intention for my day. One way I do this, is by a daily manifestation practice. To start your own, you should take some time to write down your goals and dreams for your life. The key to doing this is writing it in the present tense – regardless of whether or not you have already attained your dream.

You recite this vision or manifestation daily. Yes, it’s awkward at first, but after you’ve been doing it for a while it actually puts a huge grin on your face.

The idea behind this is that the awareness of these aspirations of yours will lead you to make the right choices in your day-to-day life, and that the universe will conspire to make these happen – the law of attraction.

So without further ado, here is my very personal, beautiful, daily manifestation.

My daily manifestation

I trust in the universe and its magic.

I live a life of abundance. Abundance of love for my amazing partner Yannick, my family and my friends. Abundance of dedication to my passions; and abundance of time and resources, to do what I love to do.

I have created a life in the sunshine for my partner and myself; and a community of like-minded, inspiring people.

I take care of my body through healthy foods and movement, and I am beautiful, inside and out.

I have all I want, all I need; and I am content, happy, and at peace with myself and the world.
